Vi ønsker blot at lave et superprodukt, som kan glæde dig og din familie. Derfor gør vi os umage for at passe på de personoplysninger, som vi enten skal have, eller som du vælger at give os.
Fordi vi ønsker at give dig mulighed for at gøre vores univers så personligt som muligt, vil vi – når du bruger Lullabee-universet – nemlig behandle personoplysninger. Det er blandt andet om dig som opretter en profil, men også de personer, som du beslutter at tilknytte til eller omtale på din profil.
Vi behandler de oplysninger, som er nødvendige for at:
Vi behandler kun de oplysninger, som er nødvendige. Vi behandler også kun de personoplysninger, som vi skal have ifølge lovgivningen, og de personoplysninger, som du vælger at give os, eller som de personer, som du har tilknyttet din profil som bruger, vælger at give os.
Vi har brug for nogle grundoplysninger, blandt andet dine stamdata i forhold til aftalen om at du opretter en profil og til brug for betaling. Du er ikke forpligtet til at give os oplysninger om dine børn, men hvis du ønsker at personliggøre produkterne, vil du afgive de personoplysninger under et samtykke, som du giver, når du tegner din profil.
Vi vil opfordre til, at du kun giver os de mest nødvendige oplysninger om andre personer, som du tilknytter til din profil. Du kan eksempelvis nøjes med ”mormor”.
Dine personoplysninger behandles primært i Danmark, men hostes inden for EU/EØS.
Visse oplysninger skal vi beholde i en bestemt periode. Det er eksempelvis oplysninger knyttet til økonomi, dvs. at du har købt og betalt mv.
Andre oplysninger tilknyttet din profil beholder vi så længe du har profilen. Du styrer altså selv, hvor længe vi skal have informationer om dig og de personer, som du har tilknyttet profilen. Der sker også noget, når dit barn bliver 15.

Vi indsamler oplysninger ved at du selv eller en person, som du har tilknyttet din profil, afgiver oplysninger. Vi indsamler ikke andre oplysninger fra andre kilder.
Vores indsamling af personoplysninger sker i overensstemmelse med reglerne i databeskyttelsesforordningen og databeskyttelsesloven.
Lullabee indsamler kun de personoplysninger om dig, som du selv afgiver til os, eller som de personer, som du har tilknyttet afgiver.

Vores behandling af dine personoplysninger sker, når det er nødvendigt for den aftale vi indgår om, at du kan bruge Lullabees ydelser, jf. GDPR artikel 6, stk. 1, litra b.
Det kan også være nødvendigt at behandle dine personoplysninger af legitime interesser, medmindre dine eller andres beskyttede rettigheder og frihedsrettigheder overstiger vores legitime interesser, jf. GDPR artikel 6, stk. 1, litra f. Vi vurderer altid, om det vil være tilfældet.
I enkelte tilfælde sker vores behandling af dine personoplysninger på grundlag af dit forudgående samtykke til et eller flere specifikke formål, jf. GDPR artikel 6, stk. 1, litra a). Du vil få klar besked, når vi har brug for dit samtykke.
Vi overlader dine personoplysninger til vores databehandlere, som vi sikrer passer godt på dine personoplysninger.
Dine personoplysninger opbevares inden for EU og EØS, og vi sørger for, at vores aftaler sikrer dette.
Personoplysninger bruges til at gennemføre den service, som oplysningerne er indsamlet i forbindelse med. Oplysningerne bruges derudover til at forbedre brugeroplevelsen på Lullabees digitale tjenester, f.eks. gennem analyser og målrettede undersøgelser. Det vil dog alene være på statistisk niveau, og det vil ikke ske til brug for at profilere dig eller andre, og ikke til markedsføringsmæssige tiltag.
Vi registrerer via cookies data dine bevægelser mellem forskellige sider og tjenester i Lullabee-universet, i det omfang det er nødvendigt for siderne og tjenesternes funktionalitet. Disse oplysninger bliver ikke sammensat med personoplysninger, som du eventuelt selv har afgivet til os, medmindre du konkret har accepteret dette, f.eks. når du opretter en profil.
Vi opbevarer dine personoplysninger så længe det er relevant i forhold til det formål, de blev indsamlet til, nemlig til brug for at opfylde vores aftale om at du mod betaling benytter vores univers.
Du kan selv slette personoplysninger tilknyttet din profil. Når du sletter hele profilen, bliver personoplysninger tilknyttet profilen slettet, bortset fra de personoplysninger, som vi har pligt til at opbevare. Det er eksempelvis økonomioplysninger i forhold til bogføring.
Er profilen slettet, kan den ikke genskabes!
Når dine børn bliver 15 år, er vi lovgivningsmæssigt forpligtede til at bede om samtykke fra det enkelte barn til, at barnet fortsat er registreret hos os. Det er frivilligt om du oplyser dine børn/dit barns alder. Derfor er du forpligtet til at sikre dig det enkelte barns samtykke til, at vi har deres personoplysninger registreret hos os. Hvis du vælger at oplyse dine børns/dit barns alder, vil du blive kontaktet, når barnet går ind i det 15. år, så der kan indhentes samtykke fra barnet. Opnås samtykket ikke inden en given frist, vil oplysninger om det pågældende barn blive slettet.
Såfremt du eller dit barn har afgivet et samtykke til vores behandling af personoplysninger, fx i forbindelse med din tilmelding til et nyhedsbrev, kan du til enhver tid trække dit samtykke tilbage.
Hvis du eller dit barn vælger at trække et samtykke tilbage, påvirker det ikke lovligheden af vores behandling af personoplysninger på baggrund af det tidligere meddelte samtykke og op til tidspunktet for tilbagetrækningen. Hvis samtykket tilbagetrækkes, har det altså først virkning fra tilbagetrækningstidspunktet.
I det omfang at vores behandling af dine personoplysninger er omfattet af databeskyttelsesforordningen, har du en række rettigheder i forhold til vores behandling af oplysninger om dig.
Du har selv adgang til dine personoplysninger via din profil, og du har dermed mulighed for direkte at opfylde dine rettigheder.
Via profilen kan du eksempelvis trække de personoplysninger, som vi behandler om dig (retten til indsigt), du kan ajourføre personoplysninger (retten til berigtigelse) og du kan slette dine personoplysninger (retten til sletning) i det omfang, at vi ikke er lovgivningsmæssigt forpligtede til at beholde dine personoplysninger, eller vi beholder dem med henblik på at retskrav kan fastlægges, gøres gældende eller forsvares, eller for at beskytte en person eller vigtige samfundsinteresser.
Du har i visse tilfælde ret til at gøre indsigelse mod vores ellers lovlige behandling af dine personoplysninger.
Du kan downloade dine personoplysninger i et struktureret, almindeligt anvendt og maskinlæsbart format samt at få overført disse personoplysninger fra én dataansvarlig til en anden uden hindring. Du skal kontakte os på [email protected], hvis du ønsker at benytte denne rettighed.

Nogle gange vil du opleve, at Lullabee beder dig om at angive personlige oplysninger.
Der kan være forskellige grunde til, at vi beder om dine personlige oplysninger, men det knytter sig altid til helt konkrete formål. Fx beder vi om dit fulde navn, når du tegner et abonnement og opretter en profil, og en e-mailadresse, hvis du ønsker at modtage et nyhedsbrev på e-mail.
Vi sørger for at være tydelig omkring, hvorfor vi skal bruge dine oplysninger og til hvad. Dine oplysninger bliver ikke brugt til andre formål end dem, som du har givet dem til.
Du indtaler en historie, hvor dit barns navn optræder, og hvor du oplyser din tilknytning til barnet (far, mor, medmor, mormor mv.). I den forbindelse vil dit barns navn og din tilknytning til barnet ikke anvendes til andre formål end til brug for historien.
Du er i en anden tidszone, og du indtaler en hilsen til dit barn, hvor en række personlige oplysninger indgår. Det kan dreje sig om barnets navn, alder osv. Alle de personoplysninger, som du selv knytter til historien vil vi behandle som del af dit abonnement.
Du har oprettet en person som bruger på din profil. Brugeren uploader historier fra dagligdagen, som du kan tilgå, mens du er på rejse. Alle de personoplysninger, som knytter sig til historien, vil vi behandle som del af dit abonnement, men kun til brug for historien.
Vi konstaterer en unormal brug af din profil, og vi har mistanke om, at profilen er blevet hacket. Vi behandler oplysninger knyttet til profilen for at beskytte oplysningerne mod uvedkommende, og sikre os, at oplysningerne ikke ændres eller slettes, samt at det er dig, som har kontrol med profilen.
Vi får mistanke om, at universet er udsat for mistænkelig trafik og vi har brug for at kontrollere, at sikkerheden er intakt. Selvom kontrollen som udgangspunkt ikke er målrettet dig, kan vores undersøgelser give os en begrundet mistanke om du eller andre har misbrugt app’en til ulovlige formål eller at uvedkommende forsøger at tiltvinge sig adgang til oplysninger.

Because we want you to have the most personal universe as possible, we will, when you use Lullabees sleppunivers, do our best to take good care of your personal data. This is about you, who creates a profile, but also the person you decide to connect, or mention in your profile.

We only treat your information that is necessary. Also we only treat personal information that we due to the law needs to have. Those information you choose to give us, or the persons that you have associated with your profile as a user.
We need some fundamental information, such as your master data, due to the agreement about creating a profile, and also to be used for payment. You are not obliged to give us information about your kids, but if you want the product personalized you will give the person information by agreement when you create your profile.
We encourage you to only give us the most necessary information about other persons that you associate’s your profile. As an example you can settle with grandma.
Your personal data will primarily be treated in Denmark, but hostes within EU/EEA
Some informations we need to keep for a specific time. That is for example information linked to the economy, means that you have bought and paid.
Other information associated with your profile, we keep as long as you have a profile at Lullabee. How long we keep them is therefore under your control.

We collect information by you or someone you have attached to the profile. We do not collect other information from other sources.
Our collection of personal data happens according to the data protection regulation and the data protection act.
Lullabee collects only the personal information about you that you, yourself gives us, or the persons you have associated with .
Examples:
If you have tagged Lullabee on social media. We will never tag you on social media, but we can share a bulletin that you have made, if you tag Lullabees social media.

Our processing of your personal data takes place when it is necessary for the agreement we make for you to use lullabees services. cf. GDPR article 6. Pieces 1. litra b.
It can also be necessary to treat your personal data of legitimate interests, unless your or others´protected rights and freedoms exceed our legitimate interests cf. GDPR article 6. Pieces 1. litra f. We will always assess if this is the case
In some cases, our processing of your personal data is based on your prior content for one or more specific purposes. cf. GDPR article 6. Pieces 1. litra a. You will be notified if we need your consent.
We leave your personal information to out data processors, who we ensure take good care of your personal information
Your personal information is stored within the EU and the EEA, and we ensure that our agreements ensure this.
Personal information is used to carry out the service for which information is collected. In addition, the information is used to improve the user experience on Lullabee’s digital services, e.g. through analyzes and targeted studies. However, it will only be at the statistical level and it will not be done for the purpose of profiling you or others, and not for marketing initiatives.
We use cookies to record your movements between different pages and services in the Lullabee universe, to the extent necessary for the pages and the functionality of the services. This information will not be combined with personal information that you may have provided to us yourself, unless you have specifically accepted this, e.g. when creating a profile.
We store your personal information for as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which it was collected, namely for use in fulfilling our agreement that you use our universe for a fee.
You can delete personal information associated with your profile yourself. When you delete the entire profile, personal information associated with the profile will be
deleted, except for the personal information that we have a duty to retain. This is, for example, financial information in relation to bookkeeping.
If the profile is deleted, it cannot be restored!
When your children reach the age of 15, we are legally obliged to ask the consent of the individual child for the child to remain registered with us. It is voluntary if you state your children / your child’s age. Therefore, you are obliged to secure the individual child’s consent that we have their personal information registered with us.
If you or your child has given consent to our processing of personal data, e.g. in connection with your subscription to a newsletter, you can withdraw your consent at any time.
If you or your child chooses to withdraw a consent, it does not affect the legality of our processing of personal data on the basis of the previously given consent and up to the time of the withdrawal. If the consent is withdrawn, it will therefore only take effect from the time of withdrawal.
To the extent that our processing of your personal data is covered by the Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you.
You have access to your personal information via your profile, and you thus have the opportunity to directly fulfill your rights.
Via the profile, you can, for example, withdraw the personal data that we process about you (right of access), you can update personal data (save for correction) and you can delete your personal data (save for deletion) to the extent that we are not legally obliged to retain your personal information, or we consider it necessary for legal claims to be established, asserted or defended, or to protect a person or important public interests.
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.
You can download your personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format as well as have this personal information transferred from one data controller to another without hindrance. You must contact us at [email protected] if you wish to exercise this right.

Examples of how we process personal data in different contexts
Sometimes you will find that Lullabee asks you to provide personal information.
There may be various reasons why we ask for your personal information, but it is always related to very specific purposes. For example, we ask for your full name when you sign up for a subscription and create a profile, and an email address if you want to receive a newsletter by email.
We make sure to be clear about why we need your information and for what. Your information will not be used for purposes other than those for which you provided it.
Examples
You tell a story where your child’s name appears and where you state your connection to the child (father, mother, co-mother, grandmother, etc.). In this connection, your child’s name and your affiliation with the child will not be used for purposes other than the use of the story.
You are in a different time zone and you record a greeting to your child, which includes a number of personal details. It can be about the child’s name, age, etc. All the personal information that you attach to the story we will process as part of your subscription.
You have created a user on your profile. The user uploads stories from everyday life that you can access while traveling. We will process all the personal information associated with the story as part of your subscription, but only for the purpose of the story.
We are experiencing an abnormal use of your profile and we suspect that the profile has been hacked. We process information linked to the profile in order to protect the information from unauthorized persons, and to ensure that the information is not changed or deleted, and that you are in control of the profile.
We suspect that the universe is exposed to suspicious traffic and we need to check that security is intact. Although the controls are not targeted to you in the first place, our investigations may give us a reasonable suspicion that you or others have misused the app for illegal purposes or that unauthorized persons are trying to force access to information.
